Our Ceremonies together will include yoga, meditation, prayer, song + sound, ecstatic dance, crystal energy, psychic journeys & so much more.

Our Gathering Space
We will be deeply immersed in the powerful landscape that is Sedona during our retreat! From our homestead practice space to connecting with the energetic elements of the area — the environment we are gathering in holds natural, inspiring, transformational & supportive energies.
Kat & her husband, Bruce, have long dreamt of building their very own home & community space in Sedona, AZ. Recently, this dream became a reality when they found the perfect place to create their oasis. Wedged between some of the most beautiful views, an energetic vortex & the waters of Oak Creek this is where you will find Kat & Bruce’s homestead. We will be gathering here for the majority of our time together.
Featuring an 800 square foot deck overlooking the red rocks, sweet alcoves + sitting areas for alone time, a family style kitchen for meal gathering & a cozy indoor fireplace to wind down our evenings together. This is the first retreat held in Kat’s new, beautifully built home. We are truly gathering for a unique experience.
Sedona is known for the power of its land & its stunning starry nights. Also known as a national “Dark Sky Community'' — the town uses low light in evenings to make sure we see billions of stars that make up our Universe at night.
If you have never been, it is truly a vortex of magic & medicine, and we are thrilled to bring you into this incredible space — to learn, to share, to move, to nourish, to experience, to grow & to connect.

GUIDED CEREMONIES
Our Ceremonies are curated very intentionally to create a deep & powerful experience for you. We will receive the vibration of this time of year, the energetics of the location & the powerful light of the full moon together. Time to flex our spiritual and psychic muscles!
LIGHT BREAKFAST + SNACKS
Each morning we will offer a light breakfast for you to nourish & welcome the day. Throughout the day we will also offer snacks at the homestead, such as smoothies, juices, teas, fruit & crystal-infused water.
1 NOURISHING COMMUNITY MEAL EACH DAY
Our body, heart, mind and soul will be nourished with a gluten-free, vegetarian meal in the community kitchen each day. We will ask you about any dietary needs (& are happy to accommodate them!) as we approach the retreat date.
Investment
We created the intention to make the price of our retreat experience more affordable than any other retreats held in Sedona, because you have the additional costs of travel & lodging, and we want you to be able to attend!
Below you will see a few different investment options that cover all of what’s included. Again, please note lodging & transportation costs are not included in your retreat investment price.

OPTION 1: $488 Pay In Full
Full payment will be due upon signing up.
OPTION 2: Payment Plan of $185 for 3 Months
Three consecutive payments — first payment due upon signing up.
OPTION 3: Seva Exchange
NOTE: There is one spot open for Seva Exchange!
There are spots open for Seva Exchanges, which means if you can give your time & skills, your cost for the retreat can be discounted. Seva Exchange involves daily tasks to support the retreat experience. This option is prioritized to attendees who cannot make the financial commitment in full & will entail a 30 min. phone interview to determine eligibility and areas of interest. We look forward to speaking with you, help is definitely needed!
Cancellation Policy — 100% refund if canceled on or before August 15, 2024. After this date no refund, unless we find another person to fill your vacant spot.
Lodging + Transportation
Lodging & transportation are not included in your retreat cost. Below we have provided a comprehensive list of Airbnb’s & hotels in the retreat neighborhood so you can easily walk to Ceremony each day. We have also included transportation services from the Phoenix Airport to Sedona! Note, we are not directly connected to any of these lodging & transportation companies, they are merely suggestions.

LODGING: The lodging suggestions listed are in close proximity to the retreat homestead — this area is called Brewer Road. If you choose lodging outside of the Brewer Road area, we strongly suggest contacting Kat to discuss areas of town and the commute time to/from the retreat homestead. October is a busy season in Sedona, and being stuck in traffic/worried you will be late can impact your energy vibration while here. So take a good look at the list of Airbnb’s and hotels provided, as those are all within walking distance of the homestead & great cafes/shops/etc. At the time this list was made, these Airbnb’s were available on our retreat dates. When reviewing each of these, make sure to enter the dates you want to see if it is still available.
TRANSPORTATION: The transportation suggestions can get you from the Phoenix Airport to Sedona & back. We also recommend you purchase travel insurance for any unexpected snafus in your trip.

HI HI HI!! I am so thrilled you have found yourself right here, right now! Just beautiful! I am a yoga instructor, crystal healer and nourishing-foods enthusiast! My hubby and I moved from Memphis to AZ in 2021 when our forever home began construction. We designed the space ourselves and then left it to the professionals to make it come to life. We moved into our sacred space in October ‘23 and have been settling into living in this powerful location of Sedona. Offering a retreat of this kind is truly a dream I have had, honestly, since going through Kundalini Teacher Training and offering Crystal Healing sessions at Delta Groove Yoga back in my days there. Those days planted the seeds for this retreat to happen. Since then I have gone through much growth and transformation myself, and continue to every single day here in Sedona. It is hard to describe the inspiration, beauty and powerful and supportive energetic force that exists here, so I hope you take this invitation and act upon it. I really do. I personally know many of you who are receiving this invite (Hi beautiful souls!), and I look forward to getting to know those of you who are connected to Kevin and/or Riona and will be coming. Greetings, friend. I am grateful you’re looking into this opportunity to connect and go inward with us. There is nothing I celebrate more than a powerful and conscious community coming together for self-discovery and the willingness to explore the unknown. I’m a certified Yoga instructor with over ten years of experience and countless hours of certification. Yoga has complemented my observation of what happens within my consciousness and in my life, leading to my compassionate approach to teaching and leading classes, workshops, and personal growth. I imbue the present moment with a sense of spontaneity, offering an improvisational and freestyle approach to teaching. This approach extends to the field of conscious dance, also known as ecstatic dance, where participants express themselves in a fun and adventurous way through the freedom of liberating movement. I believe in providing a fluid expression and exploration of presence through an honest and authentic modality. I look forward to co-facilitating this ceremonial experience and having you be an integral part of it.

Hello my love! I couldn’t be more excited to gather with you for this beautiful retreat in Sedona. It has always been a dream of mine to create such an experience, but then to do it alongside of Kat + Kevin for our intimate communities who we love so much — I mean . . . incredible! The last four years have been a wild ride of becoming for me. And in this moment, my medicine & facilitation has never been more powerful. As a queer Healer & Spiritual Teacher I am here to lead a revolution of spiritual work that is rooted in the Earth & the Sky. My methodology of teaching comes through the lenses of psychic channeling & body-based modalities. This lineage of work comes from my 10+ years of living/guiding spiritual work, harnessing my ancestral gifts & countless trainings in diverse disciplines.
