She has the unique ability to guide you in uncovering your shadows, holding them with a loving embrace, learning from them, thanking them & setting them free as they’re ready to go. Somatic Shadow Work is a non-negotiable when deepening in your spiritual leadership.

ANCESTRAL CONNECTION

• Prepare for our 90 min. Ceremony with any practices + resources.

» DAY OF CEREMONY —

The potency of our Ceremonies is extremely powerful — they collapse time. Meaning 90 min. has the ability to alchemize years of ‘stuck’ energy that catapults you into your highest timeline again & again — calling in the evolution of your medicine.

The day of our Ceremony we meet within our Zoom portal . . .

• We open each Ceremony with an Opening Prayer to call in intention, your guides & ancestors.

• Based on your set intentions Riona will guide you through a unique 90 min. Ceremony that utilizes different medicines to support your intentions. Medicines, such as — Psychic Work, Akashic Record Reading, Somatic Shadow Work, Ancestral Work, Ritual & more.

• Each Ceremony will be accompanied with a custom playlist.

• At the end of each Ceremony — there will be time for connection, rest & integration.

• Your Ceremony recording will also be placed in your private Sacred Assignment Portal.

• Riona will check in the day after Ceremony to see how you’re integrating, there is no rush to reply or drop in until you’re ready.

• We will connect in Telegram with sharing reflections, break throughs, celebration & questions.

• Riona will offer integration practices + resources to support until your next Ceremony.
