From October 17 — 19, 2024 we will gather under the Aries Full Moon in sacred ceremony to honor our spiritual path & gifts. Between ecstatic dance, land ritual & psychic journeys we will truly be connecting to the mystery that this time of year holds for us as we transition from summer to winter.
This is the first retreat held in Kat’s new, beautifully built home. We are truly gathering for a once in a lifetime experience!

Our Time Together
Here is a high level look at our time together, plenty of intentional practice time & spaciousness to enjoy yourself. In our Ceremonies will include yoga, meditation, prayer, song + sound, ecstatic dance, psychic journeys & so much more. Exact itinerary will be given at the retreat, until then the mystery awaits us!

Our Gathering Space
We will be deeply immersed in the powerful landscape that is Sedona during our retreat. From our homestead practice space to going out to the sacred sites — the environment we are gathering in holds so much powerful energy.
THE HOMESTEAD
For our morning & evening ceremonies.
Since {DATE} Kat & her husband {NAME} have been dreaming of building their very own home & community space in Sedona, AZ. In {DATE} this dream became a reality when they found the perfect place to create their oasis. Wedged between some of the most beautiful views in Sedona you will find Kat & {NAME}’s homestead where we will be gathering for the majority of our time together for ceremony & meals.
Featuring a {DIMENSIONS} deck overlooking the red rocks, private balconies for some alone time, a family style kitchen for meal gathering & a cozy indoor fire place to wind down our evenings together. This space alone is heaven.
THE LAND IN SEDONA
Our midday excursions.
Sedona is known for the power of it’s land. If you have never been it is truly a vortex of magic & medicine. This is an essential part of our gathering together. To give & receive from the land.
Between our morning & evening ceremonies we will be enjoying a lot of time with the sacred sites of Sedona. Our midday excursions will hold space for you to explore, have fun, go on an adventure, integrate & be with the land.
We invite you to bring offerings to give to the land, to be in loving reciprocity with this spot of beautiful Mother Earth.

GUIDED CEREMONIES
Every morning & evening we will be gathering for group Ceremony for two hours. This will be a guided experience for you to deepen in your spiritual practice. Our Ceremonies are curated very intentionally to create a deep & powerful experience for you. Some practices that will be holding us are yoga, meditation, prayer, song + sound, ecstatic dance, psychic journeying & more!
GUIDED LAND RITUAL + ADVENTURES
Between our morning & evening Ceremonies there will be an optional guided land ritual & adventure for two hours. This is a beautiful opportunity for you to explore Sedona intentionally. The sites we have in store for you are truly a local’s only treat. There will be time before & after each land excursion for you to rest.
LIGHT BREAKFAST + SNACKS
Each morning we will offer a light breakfast after morning Ceremony for you to rest, connect & nourish. Light breakfast will include fruit, toast & eggs. We will also be offering snacks at the homestead such as smoothies, teas, crackers + dips & fruit.
CLOSING FAMILY DINNER
Before our Closing Ceremony we will enjoy a big family style dinner to celebrate our time together. Accommodations will be made for any dietary needs & desires, you can note these when you reserve your spot!
EXTRAS
There will be spots open for you to book private sessions with your hosts & facilitators if desired. These sessions include Akashic Record Readings & Crystal Healing. Spaces will be limited & a sign up sheet will be present starting day 1 of the retreat.
Investment
There a few different investment options that cover all of what’s included in the section above. Please note that lodging & transportation costs are not included in your retreat investment price. Cancellation Policy — 100% refund if canceled on or before August 15, 2024. After this date no refund, unless you/we find another person to fill your vacant spot.

OPTION 1: $488 Pay In Full
Full payment will be due upon signing up to claim your spot.
OPTION 2: 3 Payments of $185
First payment due upon signing up, second payment will be made on May 15 & final payment will be made on August 15.
OPTION 3: Seva Exchange
There are two spots open for Seva Exchange, which means your cost for the retreat will be free however you will have daily tasks to support the retreat experience. This option is prioritized to attendees who cannot make the financial commitment at this time.

The following transportation accommodations are to & from the PHX Airport to Sedona.
For air travel we recommend you purchase travel insurance for any unexpected snafus in your trip.
Car Rentals at Phoenix Airport — Car Rental
Groome Transportation — Public Transportation
NOTE: This option is the most used shuttle for distance transport between Phoenix and Sedona is Groome Transportation. You can find their exact schedule and ride fares on their website. One-way fare is about $62 from Phoenix to Sedona, depending on where you get picked up and dropped off. And a roundtrip ticket is about $108. Kat and her husband use this shuttle regularly.
